Privacy Policy & Legal Terms
1. Overview
Kriptax is operated by Suray Network. We protect your privacy under the UK GDPR. This document establishes our privacy framework and terms of use.
2. Data Processing
All parsing and calculations occur locally in your browser. We do not upload raw trade files to our servers. We store account profiles, aggregated tax data for reporting, and affiliate interactions.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use Google Firebase and PayPal. We do not store financial or credit card details. Payment processing and affiliate commission payouts are securely managed by PayPal.
4. Affiliate Terms: Payouts & Taxes
Affiliates act as independent contractors. Commission payments are gross; the Affiliate is responsible for their own Self Assessment and VAT obligations to HMRC. Payouts: Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month (e.g., 01.05.26, 01.06.26), subject to a $50 (or equivalent) minimum threshold. PayPal transfer fees are deducted from the payout amount.
5. No Tax Advice
Kriptax is a software tool, not a substitute for professional tax advice. You are responsible for verifying your capital gains and ensuring accuracy for HMRC Self Assessment returns.
6. Limitation of Liability ("AS IS")
The Service is provided "AS IS". Suray Network accepts no liability for errors, API failures, or HMRC penalties resulting from platform use. Liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.
7. Security Measures
We apply organizational measures under UK GDPR Article 32, including SSL/TLS encryption and secure password hashing.
8. Cookie Policy
Under PECR, we use strictly necessary cookies and a 30-day functional cookie to attribute affiliate referrals. This is not used for behavioural or targeted advertising.
9. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Account deletion results in the permanent removal of all personal and historical data within our systems.
10. Clawbacks & Prohibited Misuse
We operate a strict Clawback Policy: Commissions from refunded or disputed transactions (chargebacks) will be deducted from your affiliate balance. Additionally, Self-referral (purchasing through your own link) and Brand Bidding (running PPC advertising on the 'Kriptax' brand name) are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of earnings and account closure.
